You don't have to worry about creating an ad because we have already included multiple TESTED and PROVEN industry specific advertisements that are ready to use at a click of a button. Just link your Facebook account, pick an ad that suits you, and decide when to post it.

What do I do after I post my advertisement?

Your effective ad will be verified by the Facebook Ad Manager and scheduled to post during peak online hours and targeted to the right people who need or may want your service. The leads from this advertisement will start appearing within Apex as Contacts, and you will be notified by text or email every time a new one appears.

What do I do with the leads?

Apex's automated systems initially will reach out to the lead for you through text or email, asking a relevant question relating to the advertised service. We call this the Ice Breaker, starting the lead down to scheduling path and allowing you to consult, set up an appointment or phone call with just a few messages being sent.

How will I keep track of all of my new clients?

All of your leads will be listed as Contacts within Apex, keeping track of messages sent between them and your business. We've made appointment setting easy by allowing you to link your Google Calendar to Apex's Calendar, letting you set an appointment with just a few clicks. Set appointments come with automated reminder email and texts that are sent to your clients.

What if I can't sit next to my computer all day managing leads?

We are creating an app that includes all of the key Apex features such as contacts, conversations, calendar, and review question, all on your phone. Collect payments, schedule appointments and track analytics anywhere!

What can I do after the appointment to keep my customers coming back?

Following the appointment you will have the option to send your customer an effective Google Review link. Watch your reviews increase quickly, boosting your SEO and online footprint with ease, helping customers come back and bringing new ones to you for free.
